2 Best Desensitizing Creams to keep the Erection Going

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009

Q. Dear CondomElite,

To prolong the erection somebody recommended to use a desensitization cream. There are a lot of different creams on the market.

What is your opinion? Which one would you recommend?

Thank you,

Jules.

A.Dear Jules,

We have very good responses from two of our products. I would recommend Marathon Cream by Adam&Eve or Durex Play. They both are on our top shelf, but it is all about individual needs and preferences.

The goal of desensitization is to keep the erection and to delay premature ejaculation.

Durex Play contains 7,5% Benzocaine (an active ingredient that actually desensitizes), when Marathon Cream contains only 3%. However, Marathon Cream contains ginseng and sesame seed oil for aphrodisiac goals.

You will have to try both of them and see what will work better for you.

Sex is better when you get advice on How to choose Personal Lubricant

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Personal Lubricant is becoming more and more popular among sexually active part of our society. You can use it when using a condom, playing with your favorite toy or just enjoying yourself. Lubricant makes intercourse much more smooth, slick, and comfortable. It also plays an important part in reducing the risk of condom tear.

A huge selection of personal lubricants varies by base and brand. There are four different categories of personal lubricant:

1. Water Based - those lubricants are made of water and glycerin. It is evaporating very quick.

2. Based on Silicone - Lubricated Condoms are usually made with silicone lubricant. SILICONE BASED LUBRICANTS CAN NOT BE USED WITH SEX TOYS. Majority of sex toys are made with silicone and it is a fact that silicone based lubricant can react with a silicone in the sex toy. It is used with all types of condoms and will not evaporate as quick as water based.

3. Based on Oil – OIL-BASED LUBRICANTS CAN NOT BE USED WITH LATEX CONDOMS. They are destroying latex. However POLYURETHANE condoms CAN NOT be  destroyed by oil based lubricant.

4. Flavored – Flavored lubricants are usually water-based and some contain sugar. They bring more excitement in sex life with your favorite flavor and aroma.

We happened to like the visual overview of lubricants in the following video

There is a new theory in work that beside the pleasure, Personal Lubricants  can be potentially used as an HIV and STD Prevention.

Georgia lawmakers have problems with Sex Toys

Law image

Would you think, that at the time of financial problems, the lawmakers and local authorities think about new ways to improve life of their voters? Would you think they research different approaches to improve the quality of life for the citizens of their counties? This is not how the legislators of Coweta County, Georgia think. According to them, the trouble is not our economy. It is not about guns, alcohol, or drugs. The way they see it, the problem comes from adult sex novelty items.
According to “Times-Herald” newspaper from Coweta County, Georgia, their legislators found a serious issue in sex related items. As of February 2, nobody will be able to buy

“any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs “

on the county premises. The new law makes unlawful to sell sex toys. It seems that it will affect not only the sale of sex toys, but also of ribbed condoms and warming or cooling lubes. Adult novelties parties can also be affected. Penalty for obeying the new law is up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000.
It seems that lawmakers in Georgia have a lot of free time and many resources on their hands , so they can waist them on such issues.
One thing makes you feel good; at least they do not tell you who to have sex with, or what kind of condoms and lubricants to use.
